HELLO, WE ARE BYRN!

A micro-bakery based in Stanion, specialising in artisan breads.

We have collections most Saturdays and travel to different Markets throughout the year. Also, supplying local restaurants, making cakes for the loveliest of customers and baking more and more delicious treats.

We want to say a massive thank you for everyone’s continued support and words of encouragement, without you we wouldn’t have had the confidence to set up a business for ourselves.


A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ABBEY

Abbey has worked in kitchens for nearly 10 years now in a mixture of different restaurants. Having completed a patisserie course, she decided to work in a bakery making delicious cakes and traybakes and always putting her heart into everything she bakes. She’s worked her way up to a managerial position and ultimately, this is where she met Robyn. Her favourite thing to bake is bread, especially focaccia where she can play around with flavour combinations. Abbey is in charge of decorating celebration cakes and is slowly teaching Robyn her ways. If Abbey isn’t in the bakery, you will find her wild swimming, attempting yoga, travelling or eating bao buns.

We would like to say a special thank you to Abbey’s amazing parents who have given up a part of their house for us to use, they’ve been so helpful in every way: from making wooden pallets for us, helping with deliveries and making endless supplies of tea! We’d also like to thank Abbey’s partner Tom Robinson who has spent his free time designing our brand and website.
